teddy meat

It was strange last night. The dark musky flavour of cooking predator should have filled the house, blackest of meats, the longest to safely simmer. Instead, the cloying scent of cheap cocoa wafted as soon as you stepped in the kitchen. Images of bear dipped in chocolate came to mind. The mental picture of a cub picking hair from his fondue chunks flashed as I tasted a likely parent to check the flavour. Somehow there is more associated with meat that appears on the Discovery Channel.
