Elaine and Spike are two of my favorite people on the planet. Any list of people I hold in extreme respect has them by the top. Spike apparently has a 50\/50 she won’t get through this. I’m willing to be optimistic though, that if need be she’ll scratch and claw her way past everything. Even so, any support is appreciated.<\/i><\/p>\n

So, I always said I wouldn’t “telethon” anyone on this list. <\/p>\n
But, my lover, bottom, housemate, and soon-to-be-spouse Spike has been
\ndiagnosed with ovarian cancer, is off work, and is going through
\nchemotherapy…and gee, look how fast my mind has changed.<\/p>\n
I’m not asking specifically for donations… ‘though if you’re finding
\nyourself overburdened with cash and can’t *stand* it, we can help you out.
