{"id":1940,"date":"2006-09-28T02:53:00","date_gmt":"2006-09-28T02:53:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/foxtongue.com\/dreampepper\/2006\/09\/28\/jusst-a-quick-not-before-i-sleep-you-are-invited\/"},"modified":"2006-09-28T02:53:00","modified_gmt":"2006-09-28T02:53:00","slug":"jusst-a-quick-not-before-i-sleep-you-are-invited","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/foxtongue.com\/dreampepper\/2006\/09\/28\/jusst-a-quick-not-before-i-sleep-you-are-invited\/","title":{"rendered":"jusst a quick not before I sleep: You Are Invited"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"float: right; margin-left: 10px; margin-bottom: 10px;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bodyworlds.com\/index.html\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/a123.g.akamai.net\/f\/123\/12465\/1d\/media.canada.com\/01135ebc-53cc-4d7b-8172-cbc446f9b580\/bodyworlds.jpg?size=l\"><\/a><\/div>\n<p>Tomorrow afternoon, (around 2-ish), <a href=\"http:\/\/chicazul.livejournal.com\">Sara<\/a> and I are going to go gleefully and reverently explore the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bodyworlds.com\/index.html\">BodyWorlds<\/a> exhibit at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.scienceworld.ca\/bodyworlds\/index.html\">Scienceworld<\/a>.  <\/p>\n<p>Also on my things-to-do: Pay more attention to the Vancouver International Film Festival. <\/p>\n<p>I heard tell that the promising looking sci-fi <a href=\"http:\/\/www.apple.com\/trailers\/miramax\/renaissance\/hd\/\">Rennasaince<\/a>, the Michel Gondry film, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.apple.com\/trailers\/warner_independent_pictures\/thescienceofsleep\/hd\/\">The Science of Sleep<\/a>, (director of Spotless Mind, among other things), and the new Mamoru Oshii, (Ghost in the Shell), <a href=\"http:\/\/www.imdb.com\/title\/tt0480586\/\">Tachigui: The Amazing Lives of the Fast Food Grifters<\/a>, will all be playing at the festival, unlikely to ever return.<\/p>\n<p>Sam&#8217;s arranging a group to go to Tachigui this Saturday afternoon, September 30, for 2:30pm at the Granville, (tickets are $7.50), and Kyle and I have October 11th tickets for The Fountain, which costs about $10, but I haven&#8217;t looked into the other shows yet. I&#8217;m too bloody tired at the moment. If anyone&#8217;s got any preferred times and dates, please, tell me and I&#8217;ll see about posting them.
